Amphora series
The Amphora Series are comestible art created in amphorae, the most ancient type of wine fermentation vessel, made by hand from northern Italian clay. Their shape lends itself to very balanced fermentation kinetics and although fermentations take quite a bit longer to complete, the resulting wines are exceptionally complex and beautiful. These wines are absolutely unique, very much loved-on by their doting winemaker and are once-in-a-lifetime bottles. As such, for those who truly enjoy the most expressive and outside-the-box types of wines, the Amphora Series are unparalleled. Extremely limited in production, these wines are available exclusively to our Battle Creek Cellars Wine Club Members.
